Digital certificate

A Digital Certificate is now required when dealing with Spanish public administrations (at a local, regional and national level). 

 

If you, for example, rent out your property in Spain, Tourism Authorities will only communicate with you through an electronic platform that requires this digital certificate.  This certificate can then be downloaded to your computer or electronic device.

 

Requirements:

• NIE number. If you don’t have it yet, you can get a NIE through us in under 2 weeks.
• Specific power of attorney

 

Fees:

• Physical persons: 200
• Legal persons (companies): 300
