Short-term landlords signed up with the VUDA are under a new legal obligation to submit an annual report specifying bookings and guests. If they do not comply, the NRA code is revoked and they can no longer rent out their Spanish properties (legally).
At LNA, we offer a pain-free service where we submit said report electronically freeing up the landlord from all the associated administrative red tape.
Requirements:
You must already be registered at the VUDA and have and NRA code assigned. If you are not already registered, we offer you this service: Apply for an NRA rental code (short-term lets/holiday homes/seasonal lets).
When is it filed?
From the 2nd February to the 28th February.
Fees:
200 plus VAT - for non-tax clients
100 plus VAT - for existing HRAS clients
*Please note our quoted fees above do NOT include the land registry fees, which are approximately 40 euros/property filed.
