This standard litigation service is intended for landlords who want to get rid of non-paying tenants (commercial premise or dwelling). The quoted fees below are only for Malaga/Costa del Sol. Other regions would have a higher fee. This follows an executive procedure.

 

What's included:

 

• Evicting the tenant, even by force if necessary
• Changing the locks
• Recover possession

 

Legal fees: From 2,000 (plus VAT) *

 

* Court runner's fees, locksmith's fees, and execution of rental arrears are not included. Quoted fees are for a First Ruling only.
